I offer one-on-one, partner, and small group personal training sessions in your home or over Zoom. I conduct each of the virtual training sessions from my home gym, and demonstrate exercises, critique form, and conduct each training session just like I am right there with you. The steps involved are as follows:

We would have an initial conversation over the phone, in-person or over Zoom, where we would discuss your fitness and health history, including any current or previous injuries, as well as your goals. This is also a great opportunity for you to get to know me, and help you to decide if I will be a good fit for you.

Fitness assessment, where I will assess your fitness level, and also look for any muscle imbalances that may affect training.

From there, I will start to work with you at least 2x per week in your home or over Zoom. Each personal training session is 1 hour long.

Through my fitness app, I will give you workouts to complete on the days you are not training with me. In order to see results, it is important to include physical activity at least 5 days per week. This can include walking, bike riding, any sports you play, so I will provide as many workouts as you need, based on your activity level.

Nutrition is key to feeling and seeing results. I will provide ongoing nutrition coaching and accountability.
