Welcome to my blog! As a personal trainer who happens to be 22 weeks pregnant, I’m excited to share my journey, as well as tips to enjoy a healthy and fit pregnancy. The idea of a fit pregnancy isn’t the same for everyone, since every pregnancy is different. During the first (and sometimes second) trimester(s), it can mean trying to find out which foods don’t send you running to the bathroom and finding ways to combat that debilitating fatigue. It can also mean staying active with a low impact exercise program to keep up your strength and endurance during your pregnancy. Then there are moms-to-be who are able to continue their pre-pregnancy workout regimen (with a few modifications, of course).
This blog will also include ideas for getting back into shape after your little girl or guy is born, so you can keep up with them once they start crawling and running all over the place!
My hope is that my blog will help inspire moms to make the time to take care of themselves in this crazy busy demanding world we live in.
